What we collect

  • Enquiries and quote requests: your name, company, email address, phone number, the products you are interested in and your message.
  • Repair bookings: your contact details, device details (type, brand, model, serial number), a description of the fault, any photos or documents you upload, and a collection address if you ask us to collect.
  • Website assistant: the messages you type into the chat assistant, so we can answer you and improve our service.
  • Technical information: a shortened, one-way hashed version of your IP address to prevent spam and abuse, and — if enabled — analytics cookies that help us understand how the website is used.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, handle and update you on repairs, provide support and improve our website. We don't sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website and send email, and only as needed for those purposes.

The website assistant

The chat assistant is powered by an AI service. Messages you send are processed by that service to generate replies. Please don't share sensitive personal information in the chat — use the forms instead.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry, quote and repair records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Contact us at info@itssa.io or 011 067 6200. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
